Letter to readers
A letter has been sent out to our readers to share the exciting news of our work with indigenous Churches. Pray that readers will respond in prayer and financial support to meet the needs for resources in BM and Iban.
Children Bible stories
The Anglican Diocese of Kuching and Christ Baptist Church Kuching have ordered Words of Wisdom, the bilingual English-Iban Children Bible Stories. Pray that the children will enjoy reading them and know more Bible stories that will direct them to the truth of God’s Word.
Discipleship Series workshop
A workshop was recently conducted in Johor Bahru to introduce the Discipleship Series to representatives from several churches. Pray for a hunger of the Scripture and that these churches will begin to systematically study key biblical and doctrinal truths so that God’s Word will accomplish everything He purposed and planned (Isaiah 55:11).
Audio recording
Two of our staff are conducting audio recordings of the Siri Bimbingan discipleship booklets for the audio device project. Pray for good time management and completion within schedule as they are doing this on top of their usual responsibilities.
High school students
Many high school students in Sabah and Sarawak are sent to residential schools away from their family and church. Pray that they will find a church in their new environment and that the Pedoman Harian will reach them so they can continue with daily devotion and Bible reading. Pray that these students will be protected from false teachings and other distractions that may hinder their walk with God.
