This gift is really a person—a very special person. It’s the one who gave Christmas its name and true meaning: Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

Jesus came to show us the way to God—the One who created the universe, the world, and all of us. Through him, we will come to know our Creator and experience the wonderful blessings He offers us—fulfilment of our deepest needs; enduring hope in desperate times; forgiveness of our sins and a fresh opportunity to live a life of integrity; true satisfaction, meaning and direction in life; priceless joy and peace; and deep, unconditional love.

Jesus says, “My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life” (John 10:10).

Is this what you are looking for? The good news is that it’s right there, waiting for you.

You can just tell God, the Creator: “Yes, I accept this gift of your Son, Jesus.”
